Trade Skills Development - Electrical Course Cancellation Policy

At Trade Skills Development, we understand that circumstances may arise that require participants to cancel their enrolment in our electrical courses. To ensure transparency and fair treatment for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Refund Policy:

Participants who wish to cancel their enrolment in an electrical course are eligible for a refund based on the following schedule:

Cancellation within 2 days of registration: Full refund.

Cancellation within 7 days of registration:  75% refund.

Cancellation within 7 days before the course start date: No refund.

Cancellations made after the course start date: No refund.

2. Administrative Fees:

A non-refundable administrative fee of £150 will be deducted from all refundable amounts to cover processing costs.

3. Transfer Policy:

Participants may request to transfer their enrolment to a future session of the same course, subject to availability.

4. Minimum Enrolment Requirements:

Trade Skills Development reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum enrolment requirement is not met. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

5. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other events beyond our control, Trade Skills Development reserves the right to modify or cancel courses. Participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided as appropriate.

6. Notification Process:

Participants must notify Trade Skills Development of their intent to cancel in writing via email to Info@tsd.org.uk, please do contact us to discuss your particular issue. The cancellation date will be considered the date of receipt of the email.

By enrolling in our electrical courses, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.

Trade Skills Development reserves the right to update this policy as needed, and any changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
