 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plastering repairs and maintenance.
• Assess and repair damaged walls, ceilings, and surfaces. 

• Prepare surfaces for plastering, including patching filling, and smoothing.
• Apply plaster to achieve a professional, smooth finish.
• Interact with residents in a professional and respectful manner.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used. 

• Comply with company policies and procedures, including punctuality and reporting
 

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Qualification in Plastering
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools and transport.
 

Requirements:
 • Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally in a reactive maintenance.
 • Proficiency in plastering techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
 • Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
 • Valid UK driving license.
 • Own hand tools.
 • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
 • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

We are looking for an experienced Labourer to join the current team and contribute to the completion of a busy projects located in and around London.

• To work with hand tools and equipment in difficult areas.  

• To carry out minor repair work e.g., minor building repairs with minimum of supervision 

• To carry out all aspects of roofing. 

• To work safely with heavy equipment and at heights.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:
•: 5 years of Experience is Necessary, Proven experience as a roofer.

• Knowledge of various roofing materials and installation techniques.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:
• Trade qualification in roofing i.e., NVQ or City & Guilds.
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• You must be able to pass the DBS national standard security vetting process.
